The petitioner is working at Mathura on the post of Senior Technical Assistant Group 'B'. By the impugned order dated 20.7.2011, he has been asked to give the charge.
The contention of the petitioner is that this impugned order has been passed without asking the petitioner to give the charge without any transfer order. Unless the petitioner is not transferred, he cannot be asked to give the charge.
Learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction in the matter.
Put up on Tuesday i.e. on 2.8.2011 as fresh.
Till Tuesday i.e. on 2.8.2011 the effect of the order dated 20.7.2011 shall be kept in abeyance.
