The petitioner is seeking next promotional scale, for which he has already made representations dated 6th of April, 2010 and 9.6.2010 to the respondent No.2. Therefore, without entering into the merit of the case, I hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the petitioner's representations within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
In the aforesaid observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of finally.
