Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent no.3 to transfer the disciplinary proceeding pending before the respondent nos. 4 and 5 against the petitioner in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 7.7.2011.
The petitioner has not yet filed any application before the respondent no.3 in this regard.
Without going into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case if the petitioner files the application within three days, the respondent shall dispose of the same within a period of one week thereafter in accordance to law.
Let a copy of this order be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner on payment of usual charges today.
