Admittedly, the petitioner is a resident of village Mahuli. The petitioner's appointment has been made as a Health Worker for Mahuariya Upkendra. The appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled by the District Magistrate by the impugned order on the ground that village Mahuli does not come within Mahuariya Upkendra and, therefore, she is not entitled for the appointment as a Health Worker for Mahuariya Upkendra.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed sometime to verify the aforesaid fact.
Put up on Monday i.e. on 25.7.2011 as fresh.
