Learned Standing Counsel states that the impugned order has been passed in pursuance of the order dated 8.5.2011 passed by the Zila District Programme Oficer, Gorakhpur and a letter dated 10.5.2010 passed by the Chief Development Officer.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states the copy of the said letter has not been communicated to the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel is directed to produce both the letters before this Court on 25.7.2011.
