Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
By the order dated 1st February, 2011, the services of petitioner, who was working as an Anganbari Karyakarti, have been terminated. The petitioner approached this Court by way of a writ petition. This Court has directed the District Magistrate to consider the representation of the petitioner. In pursuance thereof, the impugned order has been passed. While passing the impugned order, the opportunity has been given to the petitioner and the petitioner has been heard.
The petitioner's services have been terminated on the ground that on inspection, she was not found present and she was not residing at the place where she was working and other complaints have also been filed against her by the villagers.
On the facts and circumstances, I do not see any reason to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition fails and is dismissed.
