The petitioner is claiming promotion on the post of Seench Peryaveshak as he was working since 19.12.2008.
The petitioner has not annexed any application by which he has claimed promotion. However, it is open to the petitioner to move an application before the authority concerned claiming the promotion. In case if any application is moved, the authority concerned is directed to decide the same exepditiously.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
