Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is illegally withholding a sum of Rs.50,000/-, which is legally due to the petitioner.
The contention of the petitioner is that he has submitted necessary details relating to the outstanding dues but the respondent no. 2 is not taking any action in the matter.
Sri Nripendra Mishra, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 , 3 and 4 prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereaftrer.
