The petitioner had been appointed on 8.11.2004 on the post of junior clerk on ad hoc basis along with other persons. In the seniority list, the petitioner has been placed at serial no. 97.
The grievance of the petitioner is that services of 8 persons, who are junior to the petitioner and their names are not available in the seniority list, have been regularized but the petitioner has been ignored by the District Magistrate, Rampur in his order dated 18.5.2011.
Learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction in the matter.
