On the matter being taken up, it is informed at the Bar that in the present case, order passed by Chancellor is subject matter of challenge, as such matter is cognizable by Division Bench. In such a situation and in this background, Stamp Reporter is directed to submit fresh report, and in accordance with that list this matter as fresh case on Friday before appropriate Bench.
