Hon'ble Arvind Kumar Tripathi,J.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the dispute took place with regard  to a mobile set. As per the prosecution case,  the applicants' mobile set was missing and the applicant assaulted   in which Naresh and Mukesh received injuries, however, the injuries are simple in nature.  It is further contended that the applicants are  in jail since  13.6.2011, therefore,  in the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the applicants  are  entitled for bail.

Learned AGA opposed the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties,  without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I consider it a fit case for bail.

Let the applicants Mutti and Mukhtar   involved in  case crime  no. 62 of  2011, under sections 323, 308, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Pailani, District Banda be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
