Until further orders of the Court, the operation of the impugned award dated 23.03.2011,passed by M.A.C.T./Additional District Judge, Court No.2, Firozabad in M.A.C.P. No.75 of 2004 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 1/2 of the amount awarded by the impugned order within two months from today. The amount deposited here may be remitted to the court below for adjustment.
The claimants (award holder) will be entitled to lift the amount without any security.
