First Appeal No.372 of 2009 (Nikhilesh Kumar Mishra Vs. Smt. Jaya Mishra) is a Family Court Appeal, under Section19 of the Family Court Act, arising out of District Kanpur Nagar and is a Division Bench matter.
First Appeal No.370 of 2009 (State of U.P. Vs. Sher Singh) is an appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act for reducing the award arising of District Bulandshahar.
In the memo of Appeal No.372 of 2009, an order dated 8.1.2010 is affixed dismissing the appeal for default, however, the title of the case is mentioned as First Appeal No.370 of 2009 (State of U.P. Vs. Sher Singh).
Counsel for the respondent has filed an application for correction of the number of the appeal as well as the title of the case.
The application is allowed and the number of the appeal and the title of the case in the order dated 8.1.2010 be read as 'First Appeal No.372 of 2009 (Nikhilesh Kumar Mishra Vs. Smt. Jaya Mishra)' instead of 'First Appeal No.370 of 2009 (State of U.P. Vs. Sher Singh)'.
With these observations, the application is disposed of.
