In Ref: Cr. Misc. Withdrawal Application No. 161102 of 2011 in case crime no. 154 of 2010, under sections 498-A, 304-B, IPC and 3/ 4 D.P. Act, P.S. Bidhuna District Auraiya.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the witness have already been examined. Now, the trial is at the verge of conclusion.
The aforesaid withdrawal application dated 24.5.2011 has been filed along with an affidavit with prayer to to dismiss the bail application as not pressed.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the bail application and the same may be rejected as not pressed.
The present bail application is rejected as not pressed accordingly.
