Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Sri Manish Nigam, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No.3 Each one of the respondents is granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within next two weeks.
List thereafter on 28.02.2012. On the said date respective record on the basis of which impugned decision has been taken is directed to be produced before this Court. Coupled with this, it is clarified that functioning of respondent No.3 shall abide by final orders to be passed by this Court.
