List in third week of January, 2012. Meanwhile, the Director, Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, U.P., Lucknow is directed to make necessary inquiry in this regard and submit the report before this Court. In case if it will be found in the inquiry that the colleges, who have been selected for lump sum grant-in-aid, are not eligible, the amount paid to them will be subject to the decision of the writ petition.
