Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
Petitioner has sought writ of certiorari for quashing the first information report dated 11.11.2011 in case crime no. 606 of 2011, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. Police Station Manjhila, District Hardoi. .
From a bare perusal of F.I.R., it is evident that the girl is minor. No evidence regarding her age has been placed on record before this Court to show otherwise. From a perusal of first information report, it cannot be said that prima facie no offence under the aforesaid provisions of I.P.C. is made out. No interference is called for.
Dismissed.
