Heard learned counsel for petitioners.
Petitioners have sought writ of certiorari for quashing the first information report dated 25.8.2011 in case crime no. 550 of 2011, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C, Police Station Motipur, District Bahraich.
Having gone through the aforesaid first information report, it cannot be said that prima facie no offence under the aforesaid provisions of I.P.C. is made out. No interference is called for.
Dismissed.
