On the request of Sri Neeraj Tiwari, Advocate, put up on Monday (19.12.2011). Sri Neeraj Tiwari may verify from the counter affidavit, filed by respondent nos. 5 and 6, that the necessary affiliation has been granted under Section 37 (2) of the Act in respect of the claimed seats and in case if the claim of the college is found to be correct, he may direct the University to declare the result of the petitioner.
