On the matter being taken up today, looking into the nature of complaint which has been so made by the petitioner and as per the requisite instructions which have been so received by Sri Yashwant Varma, Advocate , who represents respondents before this Court and who has stated before this Court that in stenography test which has been undertaken, none of the candidates who have applied for have qualified as such no interview has been held. Coupled with this, in the open examination for Group D employees, last candidate from the petitioner's category has received 72 marks whereas petitioner has received 70 marks. Once such is the factual situation that petitioner has not able to clear the stenography test and in the second examination petitioner is not at all standing on merit, as such no relief or reprieve can be accorded to the petitioner.
Consequently, present writ petition is dismissed.
