Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents states that the Forensic Laboratory requires the University to give more sample of the student for the purpose of verification.
In view of the above, since some more sample of the handwriting is required, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Registrar of the University on Wednesday (21.12.2011). The Registrar is directed to take the sample of the student as desired and furnish the report as directed by this Court within 10 days.
