As these three habeas corpus petitions have been filed on behalf of one and the same petitioner-Braj Lal, as such, they are being taken up together and decided by this commons order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate.

Allegations levelled in the petitions are that son of Smt. Aneeta Devi, namely, Braj Lal had been lifted by police personnel, who were in plain dress, from her house on 11.12.2011 at 5.00 a.m. Shri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner,  states that  in case crime no. 187 of 2011, under Section 406 IPC, police station Sikandra, District Ramabai Nagar Braj Lal is said to have been arrested on 15.12.2011 and after being produced before the Magistrate concerned has been remanded in judicial  custody.

In view of the above, these petitions have rendered infructuous. They are dismissed accordingly.
