Heard learned counsel for parties and perused pleadings of the writ petition.
The petitioner being a similarly situated person as of petitioners of Writ Petitions No. 2077 (MS) of 2006 as well as 1256 (SS) of 2005, seeks benefit of the order passed by this Court in the said writ petitions on the ground that the same has been implementated by the Depargment. The petitioner has also brought on record the order, issued by the Department.
Considering the above fact, I hereby issue directions to the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for providing the benefit of the aforesaid writ petitions, if he is found eligible.
With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of finally.
