Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated due to enmity. The applicant is in jail since 17.8.2011.
Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that if the applicant is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merit, let the applicant Sonu be enlarged on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No.251 of 2011, under sections 354, 452 I.P.C, P.S. Barhapur , District Bijnor.
