The petitioner applied for the admission in Class VIth in the college of respondent no. 2 and appeared in the entrance examination. The petitioner is a Scheduled Caste.  In the form he has declared himself as S.C. In the admit card he has been shown as S.C. while the petitioner has been given admission under the category of Scheduled Tribe and the necessary document in this regard is being sought. Since the petitioner is S.C. and not S.T., it is not possible for the petitioner to produce the document relating to the S.T. and the petitioner is entitled to get the reservation under the category of S.C.
