Impleadment application filed today for the impleadment of Sant Prasad Yadav, son of Sri Subedar Yadav, on the ground that he has been given admission and, therefore, he may be impleaded as respondent no. 7.
The impleadment application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to implead Sant Prasad Yadav as respondent no. 7.
Issue notice to respondent no. 7 returnable at an early date. The petitioner may take steps to serve respondent no. 7.
