The petitioners have challenged the First Information Report registered as Case Crime No.530 of 2011, under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120-B, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Talkatora, district Lucknow.
Upon perusal of the contents of the First Information Report, we find that the same discloses the commission of cognizable offence by the petitioners, therefore, no interference is warranted in the matter.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
