The contention of the petitioner is that some of the Institutions have been granted lump sum grant-in-aid, who are not eligible. The names of the some of the colleges are mentioned in paragraph-7 of the writ petition. Further the petitioner's school has been ignored though the name of the petitioner's school has been recommended by the District Level Committee. In respect of the various irregularities committed in lump sum grant-in-aid, the Deputy Secretary, U.P. Government has also wrote a letter to the Director, Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, U.P., Lucknow to make necessary inquiry in this regard.
The matter requires consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel represents all the respondents. The respondents are directed to file counter affidavit within one week particularly respondent no. 3 is directed to file counter affidavit in respect of paragraph-7 of the writ petition.
