Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.
This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant.
The position of rejection of Ist bail application continues as the alleged deceased has still not been recovered, therefore, no ground for grant of bail to the applicant is made out.
Bail application is accordingly rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, say within one year.
