The petitioner appeared in the entrance examination for the M.Ed. The contention of the petitioner is that his rank was 15. The University has issued a letter providing the password N0. PHGB4632TJ and sought preference of the College where the petitioner intends to take admission.
The contention of the petitioner is that when he opened the Computer against the aforesaid password number, he found that his preference was already filled and then he made a complaint.
The question for consideration is that when the password number was available with the petitioner who else can use such password giving the preference of the College.
