RESTORATION APPLICATION This is an application to recall the order dated 11.10.2011. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, the learned counsel for the applicant has taken all responsibility on himself for non appearance at the point of time when case was called out. Since for the fault of the counsel the client should not be made to suffer, the reasons disclosed constitute sufficient cause.
Consequently, the application is allowed. Order dated 11.10.2011 is recalled. Writ petition is restored to its original number. However, the interim order is made operative till the next date of listing. List this petition in the next cause list before appropriate Bench.
