Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that by the impugned order, the claim of respondent no. 5 has also been rejected and, therefore, he may be permitted to delete the respondent no. 5 from the array of the party. The petitioners are permitted to do so.
Respondent no. 4 is represented by Sri Sanjiv Singh, Advocate. He prays for and is granted a week's time to file counter affidavit. 24 hours time is allowed to file rejoinder affidavit.
