In the counter affidavit, it is not clear as to where the petitioner is posted, and the place from which he is drawing the salary.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the Ayuredic and Unani doctors are not given independent charge in the Primary Health Centres, where the Medical Officers exercise the financial powers. The Ayurvedic and Unani doctors are mostly posted in Community Health Centre.
Learned Standing Counsel will file the Government Order, clarifying the posting of Ayurvedic and Unani doctors.
