The petitioner is challenging the order dated 28.9.2010.
It appears that for the Examination, 2007, the petitioner appeared both in M.Sc. previous mathematics examination as well as B.Ed. examination. By the aforesaid order it has been informed by the Vice-Chancellor that as per the Ordinance the petitioner could not appear in more than one subject for Master's Degree in one and the same year, therefore, the petitioner has been asked to inform that which examination may be cancelled.
Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel for the University is directed to seek instruction in the matter whether the order dated 28.9.2010 has been acted upon.
