Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, Sri Brijendra Singh, learned counsel for opposite party No.5, Sri I.M. Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party No.6 and perused the record.
The grievance of the petitioner is against the Village Pradhan. The controversy in question may be adjudicated by the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned.
Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned by representing his cause within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned shall look into the matter and take decision by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law expeditiously, say, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the present order along with representation and shall communicate the decision to the petitioner.
Subject to above, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
