Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
This is time extension application no.289176 of 2011.
It is contention by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Amrik Singh could not appear before the court concerned within 30 days as directed by this court on 3.6.2011 due to some unavoidable circumstances, therefore, some more time may be granted to petitioner no.3 to appear before the court concerned.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner it is directed that the petitioner no.3 Amrik Singh may appear before the court concerned within 15 days from today before the court concerned to get the benefit of the order dated 3.6.2011. In case, he appears within 15 days from today and applies for bail, the benefit of the order dated 3.6.2011 shall be extended to him.
With this direction this application is finally disposed of.
