For the mandamus to declare the result, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition No. 70033 of 2010 in which mandamus for declaration of the result has been sought.
Put up on Tuesday i.e. on 6.9.2011 as fresh. Meanwhile, learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction in the matter that why the result of the petitioner has not been declared, though the examination was held in 1989.
