Sri Teerath Raj Shukla, learned Standing Counsel upon instruction received from the Police Headquarters has informed that the training for which the petitioner is seeking a mandamus is not going to benefit the petitioner in any manner. The absence of the training also will not adversely affect his carrier.

In that view of the matter, the Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
