Today supplementary affidavit has been filed, and therein petitioner has tried to contend that the petitioner has appeared in Carry Over Exam of subject PH-155 for old Syllabus, and therein he has secured 25 marks, as such there is no legal hurdle in declaring the result of 3rd and 4th year of B. Pharma course.
