Learned counsel for the petitioner states that once the issue relating to date of birth has been decided by the Bal Vikas Pariuojana Adhikari, Lalganj, Mirzapur on the same consideration her appointment cannot be cancelled by the impugned order dated 7.4.2011.
The matter requires consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereafter.
List in the week commencing 12.9.2011.
Till the next date of listing, any appointment shall be subject to the result of the writ petition. Meanwhile, the petitioner, if so advised, may also file a representation before the District Magistrate raising her grievances.
