The petitioner is challenging the suspension order on the ground that on vague allegations, the impugned order has been passed.
I have perused the impugned order. The suspension is based only on vague assertion without giving any details for arriving to the allegations made in the order.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List thereafter.
Till the next date of listing, the impugned order dated 5.8.2011 shall remain stayed. However, the respondents are not precluded from concluding the inquiry in accordance to law.
