Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was challaned under section 18/22 N.D.P.S. Act. Due to some inadvertent mistake, 8/22 has been typed in the prayer clause of the bail application, hence, in the order dated 11.8.2011 the same could not be transcribed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make the necessary correction in the prayer clause of the bail application.
In the third line of the last paragraph of the order dated 11.8.2011 section 18 is incorporated in place of section 8. It may be read as 18/22 in place of 8/22.
The correction application is disposed of.
