The petitioner is a widow of the deceased employee, who retired in the year 1996 and died in 1999. The petitioner filed succession certificate, issued by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur, before the respondent but despite such succession certificate the respondent is not paying the pension to the petitioner and the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one week thereafter.
