Said file indicates that in the said case this Court had proceeded to partly allow the writ petition, and had also given certain directions. It has been informed that against the said order, Special Appeal has been filed and the same is pending. In such a situation, it would be much more appropriate that this case is listed after the aforementioned Special Appeal is decided.
Whenever, Special Appeal is decided, liberty is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to apprise the Registry of the Court in the said direction.
