Supplementary affidavit has been filed today on behalf of the appellant annexing thereto a certified copy of the order sheet containing the order dated 30th November, 2010, passed on the Application under Section 170 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, filed on behalf of the appellant before the Tribunal.
In view of the above, the Stamp Reporter is directed to submit report regarding removal of the defects as reported in his report dated 21st July, 2011. In case the defects have been removed, appropriate regular number will be given to the appeal.
Put up as fresh on 14th September, 2011.
