Yadav, Advocate, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after it has been informed by Sri Ajit Kumar Singh, Advocate, that in the present case, there is no order of affiliation in terms of Section 37 (2) of the U.P. State Universities Act, 1973, for the academic year 2008-90 and 2009-10, then confronted with this situation, requests that reasonable time be accorded to him so as to enable him to amend his writ petition.
Request made is accepted. Ten days time is accorded for the purposes of amending the writ petition.
