Serious disputed question of fact is being raised on behalf of the University that at no point of time, the University concerned had allotted any Roll Number in favour of the petitioner for appearing in B.Sc. 3rd year examination, whereas from the side of the petitioner, it is averred that Roll Number has been allotted to her after the Form had been transmitted by the College to the University. Till date the College in question has not been issued notice.
Issue notice to respondent No.3 returnable within three weeks.
