The petitioner is aggrieved for not deducting the GPF amount, whereas according to him already by means of order dated 4th of June, 2008, issued by the opposite party No.5, a decision has been taken to deduct his GPF. He has also made a representation to the opposite party No.5 on 13th of September, 2010 for redressal of his grievance. Therefore, without entering into the merit of the case, I hereby dispose of the writ petition finally with the direction to the opposite party No.5 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation within one month after receipt of a certified copy of this order.
In the aforesaid terms the writ petition is disposed of finally.
