By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 5.8.2010 and 27.5.2011. So far as the order dated 5.8.2010, the petitioner is challenging the order after one year and, therefore, the petitioner cannot be permitted to challenge the said order.
For the rest of the relief, learned Standing Counsel may file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
