The petitioner's selection has been denied on the post of Constable on the ground that though the petitioner was medically unfit but he has been permitted to appear in the written examination. Therefore, the petitioner's selection has been denied.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not unfit but fit, therefore, the petitioner has been permitted to appear in the written examination. There is no evidence in this regard. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed some reasonable time to file the documents to show that the petitioner was fit in the medical test before appearing in the examination.
